XFL Players Eligible for 2023 NFL Draft

The player who has made the most significant impact on the XFL on this list is Willie Taylor. He played for his college at Eastern Kentucky where this past fall started his NFL journey playing 11 games with the school. Taylor finished the season with 34 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, three pass deflections, and two sacks during the season.

After the season ended, he signed with the Arlington Renegades to get a head start on his professional career. He recorded stats in seven of the ten games this season as he finished with 16 tackles, four sacks, eight tackles for loss, two forced fumbles, and an interception this year. Taylor is tied for the team lead in sacks as he proved to be one of their best pass rushers on the team.

He is the most likely player from the three on this list that could be drafted by the NFL this weekend. It’s unknown where he could land as he might most likely be a late-round pick in the draft. Whoever gets him will get a player who has competed against NFL-caliber players and been an impactful player for multiple games.

Seattle Sea Dragons backup quarterback Harrison Frost performed well in college at West Georgia in two years at the school. Frost threw for over 3,100 yards each year with 25 touchdowns and nine interceptions in each of the two seasons. He was named Super Region 2 Finalist for the Harlon Hill Trophy in 2021 and 2022.

Frost signed with Seattle to compete for a roster spot on the team. He ended up making the team as the third-string quarterback behind Ben DiNucci and Steven Montez on the depth chart. Frost has not been on the field this season as it has been DiNucci’s job but got plenty of experience in watching and learning from DiNucci who has NFL experience. He’s most likely to be an undrafted free agent if an NFL team wants him.

In 2022, Marco Domio played college at Central Oklahoma after spending time with Auburn and UCF prior to it. Back in 2021 with the UCF Golden Knights, he recorded six tackles and two pass deflections after playing nine games with the team. In eight games with Central Oklahoma, Domio recorded 19 tackles and four pass deflections during the season.

He joined the San Antonio Brahmas to play in their secondary back on April 11. Domio has mostly been on the inactive list for the team not getting playing time as he was brought on more as a depth player with injuries to San Antonio’s secondary. Another player who could be an undrafted free agent for the NFL should he join the league.
